Thank you for shopping at Van Alba.
We hope you love our products as much as we do. If for any reason you wish to return any or all of the products in your order, you have 30 days after the order has been delivered to you to do so. If the return conditions are met, we will gladly refund you. You can register your return by emailing email@example.com.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please note: all products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging, sealed and unopened.
You have the right to return your order within 30 days without giving any reason.
The deadline for returning an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please ensure that you choose a suitable cardboard shipping box for your return to avoid damage to the contents during transport. Arrange a return shipment with a carrier of your choice. You will have to bear the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we received the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the order and no administrative fee will be charged for such a refund. The shipping costs of the first shipment will be reimbursed if the entire order is returned.
Conditions for returns
To ensure that the goods are eligible for a return, you must ensure that the following:
- the goods were purchased in the past 30 days; and
- the goods are in the original packaging and in unused condition.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse returns of goods if they do not meet the return conditions below:
- goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized.
- goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. That is why we recommend an insured and traceable postal service. We cannot issue a refund without an actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
